Meat products cook-in / pre-cooked / ovenbaked

Cook-in products are characterised by baking and cooking the meat product in its own cooking liquid in a vacuum bag. 
They are ideal for commercial kitchens, caterers, industrial customers and time-conscious consumers. 
The meat products are completely finished right up to the end consumer's plate. All that follows is a little heating.
